Home Nature Wonders of nature summer camp ideas I am currently in the middle of planning summer camp for our preschool and child care program.

It can sometimes be a daunting task to plan engaging activities for 5 full days a week for 8 weeks for both preschool and school-age children. The outdoor learning activities and nature craft ideas listed can be used by homeschoolers, educators, or anyone seeking to enhance their child’s understanding of, or connection to, the natural world.

Many of the outdoor nature activities for kids listed are also useful for nature school preschools, and forest school kindergartens. Nature Camp is not just for kids. We also have a environmental education Summer Camp session for Adults. Click here to read an account of Adult Sessionwritten by a first-time participant.
